The founders of Pay Asia saw that the aggressive expansion of multi-national companies into the Asia-Pacific through acquisition in the payroll outsourcing industry had created a new demand. These new, larger payroll enterprises were struggling to serve local and regional SMEs with efficient and cost effective solutions due to significant overheads and management structures.
Pay Asia was formed to service a gap in the Asia Pacific payroll services market focused on serving small to medium sized enterprises. Our philosophy is simple - we help our clients grow through process and technology driven regional solutions so that they can focus on their core business interests. Our HR business solutions and payroll services are built around the pillars of Accuracy, Consistency and Timeliness to ensure we provide a highly valued partnership to our clients.
Formed in Singapore in 2006, Pay Asia has quickly grown to now have offices in India, Thailand, Hong Kong and the Philippines. In May 2008, Pay Asia inaugurated its Indian company Pay Bharat which was followed by an acquisition of a local BPO company. Today, Pay Asia is a leader in the regional payroll outsourcing arena in the Asia-Pacific, Middle East & Europe supporting 22 countries for clients in most major industries.
